It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to my Autumn edition of my newsletter.

Some of you may not be aware that  I had the pleasure of going to Bali –UBUD last December to assist the women and children of UBUD by giving them treatments in acupuncture and herbal medicine.

The non profit natural birthing centre (BUMI SEHAT) is primarily a clinic for Balinese women to give birth naturally. They also run a free naturopathic, acupuncture and herbal clinic for the Balinese women and children. It offers them alternative health care.  For those wishing to donate, you may google them. I spent a week there and was able to assist in the delivery of a baby and provide gentle treatments to the women and children. It was a thoroughly enriching experience and I have attached a video below of me giving treatment to a Balinese child.
