Kevin Redmond has gained over 20 years professional experience in healthcare in Australia and overseas. He holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from UTS. Next to an intensive clinical internship at UTS specialising in fertility management, IVF support and womens’ health, Kevin also spent time extending and diversifying his skills as an intern at the China-Japan Friendship Hospital in Beijing PRC.
Kevin’s Chinese Medicine practice is reinforced by his extensive background as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department of Sydney’s RPA Hospital as well as a primary healthcare provider in remote indigenous communities. He is therefore highly qualified to assess and treat a broad spectrum of acute and/or chronic conditions; musculo-skeletal disorders and sports injuries.
Although Kevin’s experience and practice is quite diverse, he is particularly interested in Pregnancy related disorders, Fertility Management and IVF Support. He also offers Pre-Natal treatment plans that promote efficient, natural labour and birth.
Kevin seamlessly integrates his knowledge and practical experience in Western Medicine with the holistic insight of Chinese Medicine to deliver high level healthcare and the best possible outcomes for all clients. His practice is grounded in the belief that the most effective path to health and well-being is through an individualised approach that actively engages the whole person to address emotional and spiritual as well as physical imbalances.
